THETA XI University of Pennsylvania

Greek Housing Alliance was approached by a National Fraternity to act as the developer and ultimately property manager for a University of Pennsylvania owned property.  The property, located in the middle of Greek Row, houses 26 brothers.

After several meetings with University officials, Greek Housing Alliance negotiated a longterm land-lease agreement with the Trustees of The University of Pennsylvania .  This agreement gives Greek Housing Alliance the right to sub-lease the property to its client, the fraternity tenant.

Through the use of our construction consultants Greek Housing Alliance was able to provided its client with a wonderful house on time and under budget.
